Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
National Pen will hire 250 people at its international headquarters in Dundalk over the next five years.
The company has a manufacturing plant which provides promotional products, such as pens, key chains, note pads, magnets, calendars, mugs and tote bags. It also has a contact centre which supports corporate functions including finance, HR, recruitment, IT, and e-commerce. National Pen already employs 1000 people in Co Louth and its Dundalk operations were established in 1987.
