Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Lithuanian company Tesonet, providing cybersecurity and data intelligence services, is to create 240 new jobs in Vilnius in 2018. According to the management, the company is rapidly expanding in Lithuania. Tesonet is currently looking for data analysts, programme developers, engineers and a number of other professionals.
On 24 August, 2016 the company was restructured and divided into two companies: 360 IT and Tesonet. Currently Tesonet employs 45 employees, while 360 IT has 175 employees.
