Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Italian banking group Credito Emiliano (Credem) is to hire 150 employees, mainly in Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Lazio, Campania, Calabria and Sicily.
The job creation concerns the headquarters as well as the private and small business customer services, as in the previous wave of hirings (see Credito EmilianoIT-2016).
The new hires will be offered fixed-term contracts, which may be converted into permanent positions.
