Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Apave, which supports companies and local authorities in controlling all their technical risks and protecting their employees and facilities, will recruit 230 employees by the end of 2020 in its various businesses in the region Rhône-Alpes. Apave main activities are regulatory inspection, building control and decision support for building owners, technical assistance, and vocational training. Apave has 13 agencies in the region. A previous creation of 650 positions was recorded on the ERM database in 2012.
