Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The start-up iAdvize has announced the recruitment of 250 employees by 2020 to support its growth. iAdvize will recruit in France, but also in Germany (Düsseldorf), United Kingdom (London), Spain (Madrid) and United States (Boston). The start-up, that has just raised €32 million, is the European leader in customer relations and conversational marketing. The previous fundraiser, two years ago, had brought in €14 million. Thanks to this new fundraising, the company has opened an office with 2 employees in Boston to expand on the US market. In Europe, the start-up wants to increase its teams with 250 new employees by 2020. Currently, the start-up has 450 employees.
