Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The consultancy firm EY Luxembourg has announced to recruit 400 employees on its fiscal year 2018 (from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018) to support its growth on the Luxembourgish market. The firm has currently 1,350 employees and has already recruited 200 people on its fiscal year 2017 (from 1 July 2016 to 30 June 2017). EY Luxembourg records revenue of €197 million for its fiscal year ending on 30 June 2017, representing a growth of 10.6% over the previous year (€178 million).
