Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Swedish digital marketing company Apsis is hiring at least 70 new employees in the Malmö region, where the company is headquartered. New staff is needed above all for tasks relating to the development of products that help automatise and develop digital marketing. The recruitment is part of a business expansion strategy aiming to increase the company's turnover to SEK one billion (some €105 million) by 2021. The recruitment of the 70 new employees is a start, but further recruitments may be forthcoming later.
