Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Romanian subsidiary of German automotive parts producer, Continental, plans to create 200 new jobs in Romania by the end of this year. The new jobs will be created at the factory and in the research and development (R&D) centre in Brasov, central Romania. The open positions are for both university graduates and secondary education graduates.
Currently, the company has 1,800 employees at the factory and research and development (R&D) centre in Brasov.
The company announced another business expansion in April this year, which will result in the creation of another 180 jobs at the factory and R&D centre in Brasov.
