Description
British global retailer Tesco has announced that it will cut up to 400 jobs via collective dismissal programme in the main office in Kraków. The company decided to reorganise or dispose of some administrative and specialised operations provided to the chain. The programme will be carried out between 24 October and 30 November 2017.
In March 2017, the company announced a restructuring programme resulting in the reduction of 700 jobs.
Tesco has been operating in Poland since 1992 and currently has about 400 stores in the country and employs about 25,000 people.
