Financial services company Citi has announced its intention to add over 100 new roles as it continues to expand its operations in Belfast, Northern Ireland. The company currently employs 2,400 staff and expects to increase this figure to over 2,500 by the end of 2017. Roles will be available in various parts of the business including in the legal department and in IT and technical positions. A spokesperson for the company suggested that the UK's imminent departure from the EU would have little affect on its plans to expand, mainly due to the range of markets which the company operates within.
