Description
Following its takeover of parts of the Tata Steel plant in Hartlepool, Liberty House has announced that it will create 100 new jobs. The company has bought two of the three rolling mills on the site, while Tata will retain the third. In addition to the 100 new jobs which will be created, the sale also secures the future for 140 workers.
Earlier in 2017, Liberty House has bought other parts of the Tata Steel business and now employs an estimated 5,000 workers across the UK. There is currently no information available as to when the new positions will be filled.
