Description
The US-based restaurant chain Pizza Hut announced on 31 July 2017 that it would enter into a partnership with Polish fast-food restaurant operator AmRest Holdings. AmRest will become the master-franchisee for 67 Pizza Hut Dine in, Express and Delivery restaurants in Germany and thereby create 2,000 new jobs.
Under the Master Franchise Agreement (MFA), AmRest agreed to double the number of Pizza Hut restaurants within the next 3 to 5 years. The Agreement came into force on 1 August 2017 and was signed for an initial period of 10 years.
