Tata Technologies has opened a new development centre in Leamington Spa, in a move which will create 200 new jobs. The centre will focus on the key sectors of automotive, aerospace and industrial machinery. In total 600 staff will work at the new premises, with 200 new jobs being created for design engineers and programme managers. Tata, which has close links with the local universities will seek to exploit these links as part of its recruitment strategy. As yet there is no information on when these new positions will be filled.
