Call centre operator AGO Outsourcing has announced plans to create 470 new jobs at its site in East Kilbride, just south of Glasgow. The jobs are part of a GBP 40 million (€44.8 million) five year investment plan, which has supported the installation of new technology. The jobs will be added in two stages, with 90 jobs created in the sales division from the end of July 2017, and then a further 380 jobs in customer service, financial service and social media which will be created in early 2018.
