Description
Call centre operator Firstsource has announced that it is to create 100 new jobs at its site in Derby. The business will deal with a contract on behalf of Sky to handle its customer service calls. Firstsource has taken over the contract from Webhelp and staff were transferred from Webhelp to Firstsource. Recruitment for the new positions is already underway, though there is no information on when the jobs are expected to be filled. This latest announcement follows earlier expansion by Firstsource as it added 350 jobs in Middlesbrough earlier in 2017.
