European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Dessert manufacturer Gu Puds has announced plans to create 100 jobs when it opens its new site in Bishop's Stortford. As well as manufacturing the current range of luxury puddings, the site will also house an innovation centre, where new desserts will be developed. The business, which was started in 2003, is well known for its range of desserts which are sold in ramekins and is focused at the luxury end of the ready made market. The exact date for the facility's opening has note been specified, though it will open during the summer of 2017 and recruitment for the new positions is already underway.
