Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The Nemea Group, one of the largest tourism residence management operator in France, has announced to double its activities by 2020 and to recruit 200 employees. The group manages 1) tourism residences at the seaside, in the mountains and in the countryside; 2) hotel residences in city centres; 3) student's residences and a travel agency. The group employs currently 200 people and manages 70 residences in France with the aim to open 7 student's residences each year until 2020. It will also increase its offer of tourism residence and create youth hostels.
