Description
Hungarian energy drink company Hell opened an aluminium can production factory through its subsidiary Quality Pack Zrt. in Szikszó, northeastern Hungary. The HUF 30 billion (EUR 98 million) investment was supported with a HUF 7 billion (EUR 2,3 million) state grant.
The 42,000 square meters drink can factory – the first of its kind in the country – will be able to produce 1,2 billion units annually at full capacity. The new factory and the major developments in the filling, logistics and commercial units will create 320 jobs altogether at Hell Energy Drink.
Hell recorded a HUF 28 billion (EUR 91,5 million) revenue in 2016, after a HUF 19,9 billion (EUR 6,5 million) figure in 2015.
