On 28 June 2017, the German manufacturer of fans for ventilation, engines and air conditioning applications, Ziehl-Abegg, announced the creation of 100 jobs in Künzelsau, Germany. This measure is due to an increased order volume. Additionally, Ziehl-Abegg will hire 50 seasonal employees for the summer of 2017.
The company employs an estimated 2000 members of staff in the rural district Hohenlohe (Baden-Württemberg) and about 3,550 staff members worldwide.
