European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
Parcel delivery company DPD (Dynamic Parcel Distribution) is creating more than 100 jobs as it moves into new premises. The new site is based at the Vertex business park in Emersons Green, just north of Bristol. The company has invested GBP 12 million (€13.6 million) in the new premises, creating a workspace of over 60,000 square feet. The company's expansion has been aided by their unique 'Predict' service, which notifies customers in advance of the hour slot when the delivery will take place. The timeframe for filling the jobs has not been reported.
