Description
Finnish communications service provider Nokia plans to expand its operations in Romania by recruiting 300 new employees at its R&D center in Timisoara by the end of 2017. Of the 300 new jobs, 200 will be in the R&D team and another 100 in the service team.
The job creation is the result of 73 million euro investment in the Timisoara center, which is to become the largest R&D center in telecommunications in Romania. There are currently 1,300 employees working in the campus.
The Timisoara R&D center has been operating since 2015.
