Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
SNCF Réseau, the subsidiary of the Railway group SNCF, in charge of railways infrastructure, is launching a recruitment campaign during the summer, in all the departments of the region Ile-de-France region, to hire 200 people on permanent employment contract. The company is looking for engineers and technicians to work on the construction of the interconnection stations of the "Grand Paris Express" and the extension of the RER E towards the west. SNCF Réseau is looking for 85 track technicians, 42 technicians specialised in electrical signalling, 17 cable maintenance workers and 56 engineers specialising in civil engineering and electrical engineering.
