Description
Call centre operator Nuova Karel Soluzioni is to dismiss the 142 employed - mainly women - at its site in Cagliari and cease its activities. The decision follows the discontinuation after 13 years of its order with the well-known insurance company Zurich with effect as of the end of July 2016.
Unions are taking part in negotiations with a view to having the new service provider of Zurich to hire the redundant workers and keep the jobs in Cagliari.
