Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Finnish Robotic Process Automation (RPA) services provider Digital Workforce has announced that it will create 120 jobs at its new office in Łódź. 30 jobs are expected to be created by the end of 2017. The company is looking for candidates with technical skills, but engineering education is not required.
The company was founded in 2015 in Helsinki, Finland. Currently, Digital Workforce employs over 60 RPA specialists in Finland, Sweden and Poland. The company provides RPA services to companies operating in banking, insurance, health care and public sector.
