Healthy eating restaurant chain Freshii has announced that it is to open nine new stores across Northern Ireland creating at least 100 new jobs. The company, which specialises in burritos, wraps and salads, has just opened its first outlet in Belfast and now plans to open further sites in the major towns. A second site in Belfast will open in the summer of 2017, and a restaurant is also scheduled for a summer opening in a shopping centre in Newry. The company has stated that both full time and part time opportunities will be available.
