Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection is to create 320 new jobs by the end of 2017. According to the Government official decision published on 18 May 2017, the new positions are created in order to meet new responsibilities.
The Authority operates as a specialised body of the Government and under the coordination of the Ministry of the Economy. It is financed entirely from the state budget.
Currently, the authority has a total employee base of 620.
