Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Danish capital company DOV investicija engaged in manufacturing of doors and windows is to create 300 new jobs in Marijampole by the end of 2017. In December 2017 the company will launch a new manufacturing plant in Marijampole free economic zone leading to the creation of 300 new jobs. Under the investment agreement, the company intends to invest around €100 million in the new production facilities and to create around 1,000 new jobs in Marijampole over the next ten years.
