European Restructuring Monitor (ERM)
The restructuring events database contains factsheets with data on large-scale restructuring events reported in the principal national media and company websites in each EU Member State. This database was created in 2002.
The Kuchly company, specialised in the transport of agricultural raw materials, has raised its capital by around €4 million to generate a new phase of development. Kuchly will invest €20 million in the next three years and announced the recruitment of 100 employees. The aim is to become a leader in the transport and supply of agricultural products (alfalfa, sugar beet, cereals) to agri-food industrial sites and cooperatives.
