Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The leading French family-held real estate Pichet group, which develops innovative quality real estate operations, has announced the recruitment of 500 employees in 2017 to make face to its expansion. About 50% of the employees will be recruited in the region Nouvelle Aquitaine. The group, which employs 1,000 people, has activities in four areas: property development, property management, hotel management and property investment. Its turnover increased from €555 million in 2015 to €805 million in 2016. In addition to sales representatives (130 job creation), the group recruits for property development (managers and program directors, land developers), and for all other businesses in the group (hotels, property management) and support functions. The group is expanding its activities in the Parisian region and in the Haut-de-France region .
