Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Accounting and consulting company Deloitte has announced that it will create 200 new jobs at its shared services centre in Rzeszów in the next few months. The company is looking for candidates with knowledge of foreign languages (especially English) and team working skills.
Currently, Deloitte has 9 offices across Poland (Warszawa, Gdańsk, Katowice, Kraków, Szczecin, Wrocław, Poznań, Łódź and Rzeszów). The centre in Rzeszów has been operating since September 2015 and employs 200 specialists. The unit provides IT, accounting and risk management services to Deloitte’s branches and clients of the company operating in 18 countries in the CEE region. The scope of the services of the centre will be expanded in order to meet the planned growth of Deloitte.
