Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Global consulting company Ernst and Young has announced that it will create 200 new jobs at its seven offices across Poland by the end of 2017. The company is looking for employees for four departments: audit, business consulting, transaction, legal and tax. The source reports that Ernst and Young has already implemented a new recruitment procedure dedicated to millennials, including young candidates without master’s degree. The company has seven locations in Poland (Warszawa, Kraków, Katowice, Poznań, Wrocław, Łódź and Gdańsk).
