Description
On 29 March 2017, Russian natural gas producer Gazprom announced to cut around 100 jobs at ist German affiliate Gazprom Germania. Gazprom seeks to streamline its department structures and avoid any double structures. A timeline for the restructuring has yet to be announced.
Currently some 230 staff are employed at Gazprom Germania which is headquartered in Berlin. As a holding company, it controls firms in another 20 countries. Most recently, Gazprom Germania realised a turnover of €17 billion.
