Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Japanese electronics company Ricoh has announced that it will create 300 new jobs within its units across Poland. The recruitment process will start in April 20017. The business expansion is associated with the company’s plan to expand its activities in Poland.
Ricoh, established in 1936 in Japan, is a global provider of printers and copying machines as well as document services, consulting services, software and hardware to businesses. Currently, the company employs over 100,000 people worldwide. In Poland, the company has been operating for over 20 years.
