Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
The IT firm Vivaris has announced the recruitment of 180 employees in 2017, on permanent employment contract. The positions are mainly located in the Parisian region (60%) but also in its regional sites (40%). The group recruits mainly engineers. Half of them will work on information systems and the other half on embedded systems. 75% of the positions are available for young graduated or engineers with less than three years of experience. The group reached a turnover of €57 million in 2016 and employs 800 people in France.
