Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.

Sfam, a broker specialised in insurance of mobile and high tech equipment, has announced to recruit about 300 employees for its headquarter in Romans-sur-Isère (Drôme) and Roanne where the group recently bought a call-centre with 270 employees. The management expect to reach a total of 1,000 employees in December 2017 and to open a new call-centre in Paris before the end of 2017.
