Description
The provider of social services to mainly homeless persons and persons with addiction and mental health problems Zienn, active in the northernmost provinces of the Netherlands, will cut 57 out of 400 jobs. The job cuts are a consequence of austerity measures by the government affecting the provision of social services and will affect mostly employees providing services at the homes of those who are in danger of becoming homeless. The unions have been informed about the reorganisation. Zienn operates a number of facilities for homeless persons as well as supervised living facilities.
