Global supplier of automotive systems, modules and other components ZF TRW (former TRW Automotive) has announced that it will create 200 jobs at its new engineering centre in Łódź. The unit is expected to be operational in May 2017; the company has already leased nearly 2,400 square metres office in new office space in Łódź. ZFTRW is looking for IT specialists and electronics engineers.
ZF TRW was acquired by ZF Friedrichshafen AG in 2015. The company has production facilities in more than 20 countries and 22 technical centres worldwide. In Poland, ZF TRW has a shared services centre in Częstochowa and plants in four Polish locations: Częstochowa, Gliwice, Czechowice-Dziedzice (all of these facilities are located in the Katowice Special Economic Zone) and Pruszków near Warszawa.
