Description
The telecommunication company Orange announced that it will recruit 120 to 150 employees on permanent employment contract in the new region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (resulting of the merger of Aquitaine, Midi-Limousin, Pays-de-la-Loire) where it already employs 6,300 people. Orange will also recruit 300 people on work study contract (contrat en alternance). In 2016, Orange has recruited 168 employees on permanent employment contract in the region Nouvelle-Aquitaine (46% had less then 25 years old) and 308 people on work study contract. Orange employs 96,000 people in France. In 2012, Orange announced a large restructuring with 5,000 job cuts in France.
