Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
IT consultancy company and software publisher Infotel has announced the recruitment of 400 engineers in 2017 on permanent employment contracts. A 200 job creation was recorded in 2013 by the ERM. The group has near to 2,000 employees worldwide, including 1,306 in France in 2015. It provides consultancy, analysis, IT system audits, third-party application maintenance and software testing solutions. According to the monitoring website L'Observartoire de l'investissement, the number of job creation should reach 200 taking into account a staff rotation rate of 10%.
