Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
GFI Informatique, IT service company , has announced it will recruit 140 employees in 2017 for its sites of Toulouse and Bordeaux. It will mainly aim at hiring engineers, technicians and supervisors. The group recorded revenues of €900 million in 2015 and it employs 14,000 people worldwide. GFI Informatique provides its customers with expertise in consulting, systems integration, outsourcing and software solutions. Previous recruitment plan were recorded in the ERM database in 2016 (1,800 job creations), in 2012 (200 job creations) and in 2010 (200 job creations). According to the article published by Alliancy.fr in 2016, the group has recruited 1,300 employees in 2013, 1,500 in 2014 and 1,750 in 2015.
