Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
French technology engineering and IT consultancy company ALTEN is expanding and will recruit 70 new employees in Finland. ALTEN has a total of 20,000 employees worldwide and plans to combine the global competence with specific local competence in Finland in order to increase its competitiveness. According to the Finnish CEO, the company plans to increase its sales activities.
ALTEN currently has 400 employees and 8 different offices in Finland. The company has been active in Finland since 2014 when it bought the company Alte and its subsidiaries. Since the beginning of 2017 ALTEN is operating under its own brand name in Finland.
