Utilita Energy has announced that it is to open an office in the centre of Glasgow creating 200 new jobs. The call centre will open sometime during January 2017, though the exact date is not known, and is seeking to fill positions at various levels including customer support and managerial roles. The company has stated that it will recruit on the basis of personality and enthusiasm rather than experience. The expansion of Utilita Energy has been rapid since its launch in 2003 and the growing customer base has resulted in the creation of these new jobs.
