Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
American consulting company Mercer has announced that it will increase its employment capacity by 10% at the operational centre in Warszawa, 50 new jobs will be created. The company is looking for experienced data analysts and researchers with knowledge of foreign languages, especially English.
Mercer, a subsidiary of global professional services company Marsh & McLennan, is one of the largest human resources consulting companies. Mercer employs more than 20,500 people, is based in more than 40 countries, and operates internationally in more than 130 countries. The company provides consulting and research in the areas of health, retirement, investments and talent. The centre in Warsaw provides services in 17 languages and employs 500 specialists.
