Description
Technical support specialist, Voxpro, is to create 400 new jobs in Dublin by mid-2018. The company offers customer contact solutions to more than 100 companies, including Google. It already employs 1,600 in Ireland. The services provided by Voxpro include "multilingual customer experience and technical support; trust and safety; risk and fraud activity; social media management, sales, analytics and harnessing product insights." The company employs 1,700 people worldwide, with plans to expand to 3,000 globally.
