Customer services company Webhelp has announced its intention to create 186 new full time positions across four of its sites in Scotland. The operations at Glasgow, Greenock, Dunoon and Kilmarnock will respectively increase by 86, 45, 15 and 40 employees. Webhelp is able to take on extra employees as a result of increased business, both from existing clients and also from new clients across Europe. The company has also recently added 14 jobs to its site in Rothesay and 80 jobs in Falkirk. These latest jobs announced across the four sites will be filled by the end of 2016.
