Description
Finnish savings bank Oma Säästöpankki will make 27 employees redundant following an internal restructuring. The reason for the internal restructuring is changing customer behaviour as transactions are increasingly being done online through self-service procedures. The bank will discontinue or merge operations at 11 different branches leading to new job descriptions for 20 employees and 27 redundancies. The job cuts will be implemented during the remaining part of 2016.
