Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
Swedish manufacturer of prefabricated wooden houses Anebyhusgruppen is expanding and will recruit 100 employees during the upcoming years. The first step of the expansion will take place during the spring of 2017. The reason for the expansion is a new 5-year contract with the housing company BoKlok. The new contract will result in a duplication of the current volume of production compared with the previous contract. On a long term basis, Anebyhusgruppen will deliver 350 prefabricated houses yearly to BoKlok. The factory in Klöverfors, Åseda currently manufactures 70 prefabricated houses yearly.
Anebyhusgruppen has expanded with 40 new employees during the first three quarters of 2016.
