Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
GSK IT, a subsidiary of pharmaceutical company GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), has announced that it will create 200 new jobs at its Business Services Center in Poznań in next few months. The company is looking for IT operation specialists and IT operation managers as well as non-IT candidates, especially economists and people with knowledge of foreign languages.
GSK has been operating in Poland since 1978, while GSK IT in Poznań has been operating since 2005 and is one of six centres of global IT services within GSK. Currently, GSK IT employs 500 people and the centre provides services to 100,000 employees of GSK around the world.
