Ethics in the digital workplace
Digitisation and automation technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), can affect working conditions in a variety of ways and their use in the workplace raises a host of new ethical concerns.
GSG Tower has announced that it will create 100 new jobs at the Gdańsk Shipyard by the end of 2017. The company has launched a new investment in the field of manufacturing wind towers and steel structures. The company has implemented an investment programme of a total worth of PLN 160 million (EUR 37 million USD 41.13 million). The investment implies that the existing production capacity of the factory will be doubled and it will increase to 300 wind towers annually.
GSG Towers was established in 2010 as a SPV (special purpose vehicle) within GSG Group in order to enter to the production of wind towers. The company is also a part of Gdańsk Shipyard Group.
