Description
Raiffeisen Service Center GmbH (RSC), provider of back-office services for the Austrian Raiffeisen banking group, has announced to relocate 150 jobs from Vienna (Austria) to Bratislava (Slovakia) in the upcoming two years. This relocation is part of a restructuring programme to cut down costs and increase the competitive capacity of the company. Management has emphasised that the site in Vienna will be kept where currently 665 staff are employed. An agreement on a social plan for affected employees has already been signed earlier this month which also includes so-called "golden handshake" provisions.
